When I needed help wiring a three-way switch, I found simple, easy-to-follow instructions on www.electrical-online.com.  So when I undertook the job of completely rewiring a recently purchased home, I went straight to them for help.  Terry Peterman answered promptly, and I was able to start the job within days.  He provided the technical expertise to plan things out, including advice on panel choice and location.  He prepared me to communicate effectively with a local contractor to patch the new panel to the old, so that I could begin wiring circuits into the new panel while the old panel provided continuous service.  He helped me design the circuits and answered all my questions as work progressed - sometimes responding by email in the middle of the night.

It took me ten months, but I recently completed the job.  I've never seen a house with a more logical electrical layout, all clearly marked and documented.  And with four small children, it brings me great comfort to know that everything is properly polarized and ground-fault protected.
